It has an intense aroma, reminiscent of olives harvested from the tree at the right degree of ripeness. With a delicate flavour, it is characterised by a balance between bitterness and spiciness, of medium intensity.
We recommend using it raw, simply drizzled over a slice of lightly toasted bread.

Storage
To preserve the sensory and nutritional properties of our oil for longer: close the container tightly after each use, use dark bottles or tin containers and store the product below 20°C (the optimal range is between 12 and 18°C).
